Body Pain Solutions

A high proportion of body pain is associated with pain coming from joints and muscles.

The pain is a symptom that your skeleton is out of alignment. The solution is obvious: get your skeleton back into alignment.

When bones are out of alignment, ligaments, tendons and muscles are stretched beyond their pain threshold. The ends of the bones on either side of the joint may become inflamed by rubbing against each other.

The inflammation shows up on an Xray as arthritis (‘arthro’ = bone, ‘itis’ = inflammation).

With back pain, the displacement of bones may cause the discs in between the vertabrae to become herniated.

However, knowing what the pain feels like and what the structure of the joint looks like doesn’t tell you anything about the cause of the problem or how to restore poor function to good.

So, the first $64,000 question is, ‘What is the cause of the misalignment’. The second $64,000 question is, ‘What can I, myself, do’ to fix the problem and relieve the pain?’
