The program, to be run by John Miller and other people, continues for a further 5 weeks with the usual one hour strength and flexibility exercise session.

 

The Crookback Clinic is a must for anyone with a crook back, stiff neck, 'cold' shoulder, bung hip, game leg, dicky knee or RSI.

 

THE INVESTMENT

For non-Southern Cross Health Club (SCHC) members the fee for the 6 week session is $99.
