Hi,

 

I'm Kallum, health, fitness and wellbeing specialist on the Norwegian Star.

 

While you're on holiday why not take the opportunity to get your self back into good shape. There's nothing better than getting up in the morning, dropping down to the gym for a workout, then spending a half hour relaxing in the spa and swimming centre.

 

It's a great way to start your day. If you're a regular exercises you'll already know this.

 

If you're not, you'll come away from your trip energized, having lost a few pounds and fired yourself up to continue the fit and healthy way of life at home.

 

It's a bonus that I'm pleased to be able to help you receive it.

 

They say people are getting healthier - they're living longer. I'm yet to see evidence to back up this claim.

 

On a recent trip up to Skagway I took some photos to show you just how fit and healthy people really are. Here's what America looks like from behind.

 

 

As well as providing fitness advice in the gym I conduct health assessments onboard the ship. I also provide my ship-board clients with a continuing coaching service dedicated to assisting them to get back in to better shape and maintain an ideal weight once they're back home.

 

This service includes information I've sourced from around the world and from my clients and which I have on my website.
